Aprovado reajuste para servidores do MPU e CNMP com 8%
O projeto foi enviado pela Procuradoria-Geral da República. Pelo texto, o reajuste será pago a partir de 1º de julho de 2026 nos vencimentos básicos dos cargos efetivos, dos cargos em comissão e das funções comissionadas.
O texto aprovado prevê reajuste de 8% também em 2027 e 2028. Dispositivos semelhantes em projetos de outras carreiras foram vetados pelo presidente da República porque aumentam o gasto com pessoal para o futuro governo. A relatora, senadora Leila (PDT), afirmou que já há acordo para que haja o veto nessa parte do texto.
"Nós estamos no ano eleitoral, eles precisam receber pelo menos a parcela de 2026 porque todos os servidores do Judiciário já receberam esse aumento de 8%. A previsão é de que a sanção ocorra até o dia 7 de abril. Se não fizermos isso, eles serão os únicos do sistema que não vão receber", disse a senadora, ao argumentar que o projeto repõe perdas inflacionárias acumuladas pela categoria.
O projeto foi aprovado com os votos contrários dos senadores Oriovisto Guimarães (PSDB-PR), Magno Malta (PL-ES), Eduardo Girão (Novo-CE) e Cleitinho (Republicanos-MG). Para Oriovisto, o projeto, que foi aprovado em regime de urgência, deveria ter sido analisado pelas comissões e não apenas pelo Plenário.
Segurança renomeada
O texto aprovado também atualiza os nomes de cargos de servidores que atuam na segurança do Ministério Público da União (MPU). O objetivo é manter simetria com a estrutura do Poder Judiciário. Os atuais servidores da área de segurança passam a ser inspetores e agentes de polícia institucional.
Além disso, a Polícia do MPU será a unidade administrativa responsável pelas atividades de segurança institucional. A estrutura será definida em regulamento. Segundo a Procuradoria-Geral, a mudança busca garantir tratamento semelhante ao do Poder Judiciário, no qual já há previsão de Polícia Judicial. Não haverá novos cargos públicos nem aumento de despesa com a mudança nos cargos. (Com Agência Senado)
