A investigação aponta que Perino nomeou a esposa de um juiz do Rio de Janeiro para um processo em São Paulo, enquanto o magistrado fluminense retribuiu a gentileza ao nomear o irmão de Perino em um processo no Tribunal de Justiça do Rio de Janeiro (TJRJ).
