As entidades afirmam ainda que o aumento de R$ 0,38 por litro no diesel "A", anunciado pela Petrobras, deve representar alta de cerca de R$ 0,32 no diesel "B". Elas também citam leilões em que o diesel "A" é negociado entre R$ 1,80 e R$ 2 por litro, acima das próprias referências da estatal.
