Os EUA possuem bases em países como Jordânia, Emirados Árabes Unidos, Kuwait, Qatar e Arábia Saudita. Segundo o documento, a maior parte do estrago foi causada nos ataques de retaliação de Teerã na semana após o início da ofensiva americana e israelense contra o país persa, em 28 de fevereiro.

A análise da BBC indica que um dos maiores danos foi provocado por um ataque que atingiu um radar do sistema antimísseis Thaad, localizado em uma base aérea americana na Jordânia. O equipamento, usado para interceptação de mísseis balísticos de longo alcance, custa US$ 485 milhões (R$ 2,4 bilhões), segundo documentos orçamentários do governo.
O levantamento ainda indica que os ataques iranianos causaram cerca de US$ 310 milhões (R$ 1,6 bilhão) em danos a edifícios e outras infraestruturas em bases americanas, incluindo instalações militares utilizadas pelos EUA na região.
