O STF e o CNJ repudiaram ataques racistas cometidos contra dois magistrados negros. Os órgãos acionaram a polícia e solicitaram a quebra de sigilo dos responsáveis pelas ofensas.
Os ataques ocorreram por meio de comentários durante uma transmissão ao vivo da Escola Judicial do Tribunal de Justiça do Paraná (TJ-PR), da qual participaram o conselheiro do CNJ Fábio Francisco Esteves e a juíza auxiliar da presidência do STF Franciele Pereira do Nascimento.
De acordo com o STF e o CNJ, os comentários ofensivos foram bloqueados, e as provas foram preservadas.
"Diligências imediatas foram adotadas perante a autoridade policial da Comarca de Loanda, incluindo a solicitação de quebra de sigilo de dados junto aos provedores de internet para a célere identificação e responsabilização dos autores", diz a nota.
Os órgãos também declararam que "é absolutamente intolerável que, no exercício de suas funções institucionais e em um espaço dedicado ao debate de políticas públicas e direitos fundamentais, sejam realizadas ofensas criminosas que tentam ferir a dignidade e a própria autoridade da Justiça brasileira".
"O STF e o CNJ expressam sua irrestrita solidariedade aos juízes Franciele e Fábio, cujas trajetórias de excelência e compromisso com a causa pública honram a magistratura brasileira", diz o texto.
