Moraes manda prender contador suspeito de vazar dados da família do ministro

Um contador está preso há mais de uma semana no Rio de Janeiro sob suspeita de participação no vazamento de dados fiscais de familiares do ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal, diz a Folha. A prisão tramita sob sigilo.
A detenção foi determinada pelo próprio Moraes no inquérito que apura acessos irregulares a informações da Receita Federal envolvendo magistrados e parentes. Segundo a investigação, o suspeito admitiu ter obtido os dados de forma ilegal.
De acordo com a Folha, o contador afirmou à Polícia Federal que atuou como intermediário entre um interessado nos dados e alguém que dizia ter acesso às informações sigilosas. Os nomes citados permanecem sob sigilo.
A defesa afirma que ainda não teve acesso à decisão que decretou a prisão nem a outros documentos do processo.
O advogado Eric Cwajgenbaum criticou a falta de resposta aos pedidos feitos ao gabinete do ministro.
Até onde se tem notícia, o caso é o primeiro com prisão no âmbito da investigação sobre o vazamento de dados de integrantes do STF. Até então, as medidas incluíam buscas e uso de tornozeleira eletrônica.
Entre os dados acessados ilegalmente estão informações fiscais da advogada Viviane de Moraes, esposa do ministro.
A investigação começou após determinação de Moraes para que a Receita rastreasse possíveis quebras de sigilo envolvendo cerca de cem pessoas.
Em janeiro, Moraes abriu de ofício uma investigação para saber se a Receita Federal e o Controle de Atividades Financeiras (Coaf) quebraram de forma irregular o sigilo fiscal de integrantes do Tribunal. Essa investigação é um anexo do inquérito das fake news.
