De acordo com o registro da ocorrência, a jovem acionou uma viatura que passava pelo local e informou que havia procurado a clínica por volta das 11h para realizar um ultrassom devido a dores abdominais. Conforme o relato dela, após a realização de um exame ecográfico abdominal, informou ao médico que continuava com dor e foi comunicada que seria feito outro procedimento, que não constava no pedido inicial.
A vítima afirmou que o profissional colocou um preservativo no equipamento e realizou o exame. Após retirar o aparelho, segundo ela, o médico teria introduzido dois dedos no órgão genital dela. A jovem disse que se levantou imediatamente da maca. Ainda conforme o relato, o médico teria feito comentários de cunho sexual, segurado a vítima pela cintura, inclinado o corpo dela para frente e encostado o próprio órgão nas costas dela e pedido por "uma rapidinha". Ela afirmou que recusou as investidas e pediu o resultado do primeiro exame.
A jovem relatou ainda que se sentou em uma cadeira e foi orientada pelo médico a sair do consultório e deixar a porta aberta. Em seguida, acionou a Polícia Militar.
Os militares foram até o médico para colher a versão dele. Segundo o registro policial, ele afirmou que a paciente compareceu à clínica com dores abdominais, sem encaminhamento ou pedido médico, e que realizou o exame de ultrassom abdominal, que não apresentou alterações.
