Um preso fugiu do Instituto Dr. José Frota (IJF), no Centro de Fortaleza, onde estava internado, nessa sexta-feira, 20. Francisco Alan da Silva Nascimento, de 25 anos, estava sob escolta policial no quarto andar da unidade.
Até a publicação desta matéria, o foragido não havia sido recapturado. Francisco Alan responde a crimes de roubo e furto.
Os dois policiais militares que escoltavam Francisco Alan compareceram de maneira espontânea à Coordenadoria de Polícia Judiciária Militar (CPJM).
Ambos foram autuados pelo crime previsto no artigo 179 do Código Penal Militar (CPM): "Deixar, por culpa, fugir pessoa legalmente presa, confiada à sua guarda ou condução".
