Caso Gisele: Tenente-coronel suspeito de feminicídio é acusado por PM de assédio sexual

Na época, segundo ele, as agentes teriam espalhado rumores sobre um suposto relacionamento entre ele e Gisele, o que ambos negavam. O tenente-coronel não foi punido nesses casos. Já uma outra policial do mesmo batalhão processou o Estado de São Paulo por assédio moral e recebeu indenização de R$ 5 mil.
