Moraes manda prender contador por suposto acesso ilegal a dados de autoridades e familiares do STF
Travassos é acusado de envolvimento no suposto esquema de vazamento de dados de familiares de ministros da Corte e de outras autoridades. Toda a investigação tramita sob sigilo.
A decisão foi decretada a pedido da Polícia Federal, após manifestação favorável da PGR. Segundo o STF, o investigado foi apontado como um dos mandantes na cadeia de obtenção de dados fiscais protegidos por sigilo funcional.
De acordo com as investigações, o contador teria acessado, de forma irregular, as Declarações de Imposto de Renda de 1.819 contribuintes entre janeiro de 2024 e fevereiro de 2026. Entre as vítimas estão pessoas vinculadas a ministros do STF e do TCU, além de deputados federais, ex-senadores, ex-governadores, dirigentes de agências reguladoras, empresários e outras personalidades de notoriedade pública.
O contador disse à PF que atuou como intermediário entre uma pessoa que tinha interesse em obter os dados da Receita Federal e outra que afirma ter acesso às informações sigilosas. Os nomes citados pelo investigado foram apresentados aos investigadores, mas permanecem sob sigilo.
Entre os dados obtidos ilegalmente estão informações fiscais da advogada Viviane Barci de Moraes, esposa do ministro. O vazamento ocorre em meio à crise no STF envolvendo o contrato de R$ 129 milhões de Viviane de Moraes com o Banco Master, instituição de Daniel Vorcaro, atualmente preso por fraude financeira e em processo de negociação de delação premiada.
A investigação tem como pano de fundo uma apuração interna no STF sobre possível quebra de sigilo fiscal de ministros da Corte e de parentes, atribuída a servidores da Receita Federal e do Coaf. Faz parte do inquérito das chamadas fake news, aberto em 2019 e ainda inconcluso, que tramita em sigilo.
Em janeiro de 2026, Moraes abriu de ofício investigação para rastrear possíveis acessos irregulares. Em fevereiro, a PF cumpriu quatro mandados de busca e apreensão em São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro e Bahia.
A defesa do contador afirma que ainda não teve acesso à decisão que decretou a prisão nem a outros documentos do processo.
