Ex-executivo da XP vai captar R$ 100 milhões para comprar a Skyfit
A SFH é uma empresa pré-operacional, criada para absorver o novo ativo. A aquisição da Skyfit será feita de forma alavancada, em uma estrutura na qual a própria rede de academias servirá como garantia.
Cerca de 55% das quotas da empresa foram dadas em alienação fiduciária aos futuros credores, além de outros ativos e garantias pessoais dos sócios envolvidos. O Itaú BBA coordena a oferta.
Atualmente, Peres é sócio da startup de locação de veículos Turbi e do time de e-sports Furia. Além do empresário, outro sócio no projeto de compra da Skyfit é o gestor Paulo Maranesi, da KYR Capital.

A Skyfit
Fundada durante a pandemia, a Skyfit cresceu apoiada em um modelo de academias de baixo custo e expansão via franquias, com foco em preços acessíveis e menor investimento inicial para franqueados.
A empresa, ao lado de redes como Panobianco, Selfit e Bluefit, busca disputar espaço com a líder Smart Fit no segmento low cost, como já mostrou o InvestNews.
A primeira unidade da Skyfit foi inaugurada em 2020, no interior de São Paulo, e a rede chegou a dezenas de unidades em operação e mais de uma centena comercializadas nos primeiros anos.
A rede também ganhou projeção ao associar sua imagem a celebridades. O cantor Lucas Lucco participou da estratégia inicial como sócio e garoto-propaganda, enquanto atualmente a comunicação da rede está vinculada ao apresentador Rodrigo Faro.
Mais recentemente, a companhia passou a apostar em localizações de alto fluxo, como aeroportos. Uma unidade está em implantação no Terminal 2 do Aeroporto de Guarulhos, com operação 24 horas e integração a plataformas corporativas de bem-estar, como Wellhub e TotalPass.
