Em Santa Catarina, a previsão do Ministério da Previdência Social é que a antecipação transfira R$ 3,8 bilhões aos beneficiários neste período. O calendário de pagamento da primeira parcela vai do dia 24 de abril até 8 de maio. Já a segunda metade do 13º deve ser paga de 25 de maio a 8 de junho.
O Decreto 3028 (art. 120) estabelece que o pagamento do 13º é feito nos meses de agosto e novembro. A antecipação abrange todos os estados brasileiros e significa uma injeção de recursos na economia dos municípios.

A data dos pagamentos considera o número final do cartão de benefício, sem considerar o último dígito verificador, que aparece depois do traço.
