Durante a posse de 856 profissionais de Saúde, nesta segunda-feira, 23, no Centro de Eventos do Ceará, o governador Elmano de Freitas (PT) destacou que assinou Decreto que autoriza a Sesa a fazer reformas de até R$ 3 milhões, sem a necessidade de intervenção da Superintendências de Obras Públicas (SOP).
"Temos feito reformas e tem reforma que precisa ser feita ainda. O próprio César Cals, daqui a alguns dias, vamos fazer anúncio da nossa definição do César Cals. Estamos concluindo os estudos para um novo hospital, que vamos apresentar ao povo cearense e já iniciar o trabalho".
