O que aconteceu na madrugada?
De acordo com o depoimento, no dia do crime o homem chegou à casa embriagado. A mulher negou ter dado qualquer substância para que ele dormisse e disse que não houve relação sexual entre eles.
Durante a madrugada, ela afirmou ter acordado com gritos da filha. Ao verificar a situação, disse ter encontrado o homem em cima da menina, com a calça abaixada e tentando tapar a boca da criança.
Crime e reação
Ainda segundo a versão apresentada, a mulher conseguiu arrastar o homem até a sala e, em seguida, pegou uma faca e desferiu diversos golpes. Ela afirmou que só conseguiu contê-lo porque ele estava com a calça abaixada.
Após o crime, um adolescente teria entrado na casa ao ouvir a movimentação. Os dois, então, retiraram o corpo e o levaram até uma área de mata, onde atearam fogo.
