Deputados estaduais aprovaram, em 1º turno, o projeto que prevê reajuste salarial de 5,4% para os servidores públicos civis e militares. A proposta, de autoria do Governo de Minas, foi votada nesta terça-feira (24).
O reajuste será aplicado de forma linear e com efeito retroativo a 1º de janeiro de 2026. Segundo o Executivo, o índice supera a inflação registrada em 2025, de 4,26%.
Impacto bilionário
De acordo com a Secretaria de Estado de Planejamento e Gestão (Seplag), a medida terá impacto de R$ 260,9 milhões por mês na folha do Estado, totalizando R$ 3,43 bilhões por ano. O projeto é o de maior alcance entre os aprovados, contemplando servidores da administração direta, autárquica e fundacional.

Além da proposta do Executivo, outros cinco projetos de revisão salarial de diferentes órgãos também foram aprovados em 1º turno.
Os percentuais variam:
Tribunal de Justiça (TJMG): 5,53%, retroativo a maio de 2025

Tribunal de Contas (TCE-MG): 10,94%, referente a perdas acumuladas
Defensoria Pública (DPMG): 4,44%, retroativo a fevereiro de 2026
Assembleia Legislativa (ALMG): 5,4%, com base na inflação e ajuste complementar
