Reajuste salarial de 5,4% para servidores estaduais é aprovado em 2º turno na ALMG
De autoria do Governo de Minas, o Projeto de Lei 5.323/26 estabelece revisão geral de 5,4%, retroativo a janeiro deste ano. Segundo a ALMG, o projeto recebeu, durante a reunião, quatro emendas de parlamentares e duas encaminhadas pelo governardor Mateus Simões (PSD). Apenas as alterações indicadas pelo chefe do Executivo foram aprovadas.
Conforme a ALMG, uma das emendas trata da concessão de adicional de insalubridade para auxiliares de serviços da educação básica (ASBs), no percentual de 10%. A mudança passará a valer a partir da data de publicação da lei, até a emissão de laudo ambiental que define o grau de risco à saúde.
Já a segunda emenda trata da ampliação do acesso ao auxílio fardamento. A concessão do auxílio será dada às carreiras de auxiliar, técnico e analista da Polícia Civil. Auxiliar administrativo, assistente administrativo e analista de gestão da Polícia Militar também serão contemplados.
Judiciário, TCE, Defensoria, MP e ALMG também têm recomposições aprovadas
Com percentuais, períodos de cálculo e regras de aplicação diferentes conforme o órgão, foram aprovados os projetos para recomposição inflacionária dos servidores do Tribunal de Justiça de Minas Gerais (TJMG), do Ministério Público de Minas Gerais (MPMG), da Defensoria Pública do Estado (DPE) e do Tribunal de Contas do Estado (TCE).
Para os servidores do TJMG, a recomposição é de 5,53%, correspondente à inflação entre maio de 2024 e abril de 2025. A revisão será aplicada de forma retroativa a maio de 2025.
Para os servidores do MPMG, foi concedido o mesmo índice de 5,53%, seguindo o mesmo período de referência do TJMG e também com efeitos retroativos a maio de 2025.
Já para a Defensoria Pública, foi estabelecida a revisão de 4,44%, retroativa a fevereiro de 2026 e calculada com base na inflação entre fevereiro de 2025 e janeiro de 2026.
Para o TCE, foi aprovada recomposição de 10,94% aos servidores do tribunal. Esse percentual reúne perdas inflacionárias acumuladas nos anos de 2014 e 2025, quando não houve revisão. A proposta estabelece que o reajuste passa a valer a partir de janeiro de 2026, alcançando vencimentos, cargos comissionados e gratificações.
Também foi aprovado em 2º turno o PL 5.360/26, de autoria da Mesa da ALMG, dispondo sobre a revisão geral dos vencimentos e proventos dos servidos da Casa. O texto traz uma correção de 3,57%, correspondente à variação do IPCA, desde a revisão geral do exercício anterior, acrescida de um percentual complementar de 1,83%, totalizando 5,40%.
