A decisão, proferida pela juíza Maria Rafaela de Castro na 1ª Vara do Trabalho de Sobral, foi publicada na última terça-feira (24).
A magistrada considerou provado que a funcionária era submetida a "acúmulo de funções e a um ambiente de trabalho hostil", o que contribuiu para o desenvolvimento de transtornos psíquicos.
