O relator da Comissão parlamentar de inquérito (CPMI) do INSS, Alfredo Gaspar (União Brasil), propôs ao Senado nesta sexta-feira (27) que o filho do ex-presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT), Fábio Luís Lula da Silva, o Lulinha, seja preso preventivamente.
Segundo o relator, há supostos "indícios concretos" de possibilidade de fuga de Lulinha para se desvencilhar de possíveis punições. Além dele, o relator pediu o indiciamento de 216 pessoas.
"As investigações revelaram um esquema profissionalizado dividido em núcleos técnicos, administrativo, financeiro, empresarial e político, que atuava de forma coordenada para subtrair bilhões de reais do sistema previdenciário através de acordos de cooperação, técnicos eivados de irregularidades", disse o relator antes da leitura do texto.
Conforme a Agência Senado, foram 38 reuniões e 122 parlamentares participantes, entre senadores e deputados. O relatório conta com 4.340 páginas e pede o indiciamento de supostos responsáveis por associações, lobistas, servidores do INSS e políticos.
Em nota ao g1, a defesa de Lulinha afirmou que não há um único elemento nos autos que justifique e fundamente a referida sugestão. Se não fosse trágico, seria cômico. "Fábio não tem relação direta ou indireta com os fatos investigados no bojo da CPMI do INSS".
