Governo espera leilão de terminal STS10 em Santos para novembro ou dezembro, diz ministro – Money Times
O governo federal segue em estudos para conseguir viabilizar o leilão do terminal de contêineres STS10, no Porto de Santos, no final deste ano, afirmou o ministro de Portos e Aeroportos, Silvio Costa Filho, nesta segunda-feira (30).
"Esperamos conseguir em novembro ou dezembro", disse o ministro a jornalistas ao final do leilão do aeroporto Galeão, no Rio de Janeiro, vencido pelo grupo espanhol Aena.

O ministro afirmou que a discussão sobre o Tecon Santos 10 (STS10) envolve a Agência Nacional de Transportes Aquaviários (Antaq) e o Tribunal de Contas da União (TCU).
"Estamos fazendo uma avaliação técnica da melhor forma para a modelagem, estudando de maneira conjunta para ver qual a melhor modelagem para democratizar a participação de grupos nacionais e internacionais", disse Costa Filho.
Há anos o governo federal tenta conceder a área à iniciativa privada em um negócio que marcará o maior leilão portuário da história do país e que vai catapultar capacidade de movimentação de contêineres em Santos para 9 milhões por ano.
Há duas semanas, Costa Filho havia afirmado que o leilão do STS10 deveria ficar para agosto ou setembro, indicando que havia oito a 10 grupos internacionais interessados no projeto.
Além do STS10, o governo federal ainda espera fazer em novembro o leilão do aeroporto de Brasília, atualmente administrado pela Inframerica, disse o ministro, sinalizando que a pasta vai tentar "solução consensual" para o aeroporto de Viracopos (SP).
Sobre o aeroporto de Santos Dumont, na cidade do Rio de Janeiro, Costa Filho afirmou que um eventual leilão do terminal depende de uma definição sobre o futuro da estatal Infraero, que hoje tem mais de 80% de sua receita oriunda apenas do aeroporto carioca.
"Só podemos tomar qualquer decisão sobre o aeroporto (Santos Dumont) discutindo como vai se dar o futuro da Infraero", disse o ministro. "A Infraero pode ter papel mais importante se puder se dedicar à aviação regional do Brasil", acrescentou.
