Segundo a JBS, os recursos da oferta das notas serão utilizados para pagamento da oferta de recompra de até US$ 1 bilhão no montante principal agregado das notas sênior de 6,750% com vencimento em 2034 e das notas sênior de 5,950% com vencimento em 2035, além de "fins corporativos gerais".
