Aumento dos combustíveis: 'Estamos indiciando quem se aproveita para ganhar mais', diz ministro – Money Times
O ministro de Minas e Energia (MME), Alexandre Silveira, afirmou nesta sexta-feira, 3, que o governo está agindo para amenizar os efeitos da guerra entre Estados Unidos, Israel e Irã no mercado brasileiro de combustíveis.
Em um vídeo compartilhado em seu perfil na rede social X, o ministro ressalta a atuação integrada contra preços abusivos.
"Já estamos atuando e indiciando aqueles que, infelizmente, pela usura, se aproveitam do momento para poder ganhar mais do que a margem natural dos combustíveis no Brasil", afirma.
Segundo o governo federal, desde o dia 9 de março, 5,3 mil postos de combustíveis em todo o Brasil e 322 distribuidoras de combustíveis foram fiscalizados em uma força-tarefa nacional para coibir aumentos abusivos.
"Estamos atuando de forma firme e rigorosa contra os abusos dos cartéis dos postos de gasolina e das distribuidoras. Nós estamos na rua até que a gente consiga ter normalidade global", diz a mensagem.
A Agência Nacional do Petróleo, Gás Natural e Biocombustíveis (ANP), o Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica (Cade), além das Secretarias Nacionais do Consumidor (Senacon) e de Segurança Pública (Senasp), a Polícia Federal, a Polícia Rodoviária Federal e Procons estaduais participam da força-tarefa.
A ANP já emitiu, desde 9 de março, autos de infração contra 85 postos e 19 distribuidoras de combustíveis. Foram formalizadas 16 autuações contra distribuidoras por indícios de formação de preço abusivo. Segundo a agência, as multas aplicadas podem chegar a R$ 500 milhões.
Além das fiscalizações, Silveira reforça a importância da medida provisória que implementou a subvenção de R$ 0,32 por litro para refinarias e importadores de diesel para reduzir o preço dos combustíveis.
