Segundo a acusação, os crimes teriam ocorrido entre 2007 e 2011, período em que as vítimas tinham 5 e 9 anos. O caso veio a público em 2019, quando foi feito o registro da denúncia. O cantor Bruno Mafra foi condenado a 32 anos de prisão, em regime fechado, mas ainda permanece em liberdade.
