Um acidente que envolveu um motorista embriagado em uma Porsche deixou ao menos quatro pessoas feridas na Zona Leste de São Paulo, na madrugada deste sábado, 4. De acordo com a Polícia Militar, o caso foi registrado como tentativa de homicídio e lesão corporal culposa.

A PM foi acionada por volta de 2h40 deste sábado para o atendimento a um acidente de trânsito na Avenida Conde de Frontin, um dos trechos da Radial Leste localizado na região da Vila Matilde.
No local, os policiais identificaram indícios de que um carro de luxo, uma Porsche Boxster, trafegava na contramão da via no momento em que colidiu com um Fiat Siena. Segundo a corporação, haviam duas pessoas em cada carro, e todas foram socorridas e levadas a hospitais da região.
O motorista do Siena estava a caminho do trabalho no momento do acidente, que deixou ambos os carros destruídos. A PM informou, ainda, que nenhum dos condutores era habilitado.
Além disso, o motorista da Porsche, que não teve a identidade divulgada, foi submetido ao teste do etilômetro, que apontou teor de 0,40 mg/L, superior ao índice de 0,34 mg/L, o que já configura crime de trânsito.
O motorista do Siena foi levado ao Hospital das Clínicas, onde permanece internado, enquanto o passageiro foi encaminhado ao Pronto-Socorro Ermelino Matarazzo, de onde já recebeu alta.
Já os ocupantes da Porsche foram levados ao PS Tatuapé, onde o motorista permanece sob custódia da Polícia Militar. O passageiro do carro de luxo também já foi liberado.
Por fim, a PM informou que o caso foi registrado no 31º Distrito Policial (Vila Carrão). Além do Boletim de Ocorrência, também foram lavradas autuações por infrações de trânsito para ambos os condutores, por não terem habilitação, além de embriaguez ao volante pelo motorista da Porsche.
