Vitelio Brustolin aponta, ao Agora CNN, que novo sistema antiaéreo iraniano e possível compartilhamento de informações com China e Rússia estão por trás da derrubada de caças americanos
O recente abate de um caça F-15E dos Estados Unidos em território iraniano, de acordo com avalição do professor de Relações Internacionais da Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF), Vitelio Brustolin, evidencia capacidade de defesa antiaérea do Irã, possivelmente fortalecida por sistemas reconstruídos e informações de inteligência compartilhadas por potências como Rússia e China.
"Ao que tudo indica o Irã tem recebido informações da inteligência russa e provavelmente chinesa, mas também reconstruiu alguns sistema de defesa antiaérea", disse Vitelio em entrevista ao Agora CNN.
De acordo com o professor, o Irã reconstruiu alguns sistemas de defesa antiaérea, como o Bavar 373, baseado no S-300 russo. Este sistema tem a capacidade de localizar alvos tanto em alta quanto em baixa frequência, o que está sendo testado agora em combate real.
"Isso possibilita que caças como o F-35, que são caças stealth, que são invisíveis ao radar, sejam localizadas pelo Bavar. Mas o F-15E não é um stealth, não é de quinta geração e pode ser rastreado por radares", explica o professor.
Ele destacou que o F-15E foi alvejado no centro do território iraniano, próximo a Teerã, o que demonstra que os Estados Unidos e Israel estavam sobrevoando com alguma liberdade o espaço aéreo do país: "Nesse momento, o Irã demonstra que ainda possui capacidade de defesa antiaérea", afirma Brustolin.
O especialista explica que o F-15E é um caça com capacidade para carregar bombas de penetração e bombas anti-bunker, sendo uma versão similar ao F-15I utilizado por Israel. Além do F-15E, os iranianos também alvejaram um A-10 Thunderbolt.
A situação evoluiu para uma espécie de disputa entre Estados Unidos e Irã pela recuperação dos pilotos. Os americanos estão oferecendo 60 mil dólares pelo retorno dos dois tripulantes, enquanto o Irã elevou a oferta para 80 mil dólares: "Se tornou uma espécie de leilão, que faz parte da narrativa da guerra", conclui o professor.
