O STF (Supremo Tribunal Federal) condenou o empresário catarinense Alcides Hahn a 14 anos de prisão em regime fechado por ter transferido R$ 500 para o pagamento de um ônibus fretado que levou manifestantes de Blumenau (SC) até Brasília para os atos do 8 de Janeiro. A decisão foi tomada em 2 de março de 2026, a partir de denúncia da Procuradoria Geral da República.

O proprietário da empresa de ônibus afirmou que, ao identificar a transferência, presumiu que o valor se referia ao fretamento da viagem.
A defesa de Hahn argumentou ao Supremo que a denúncia da PGR fundamentou-se exclusivamente no Pix de R$ 500 feito à empresa de fretamento de ônibus.
