Microbolsas Big Techs: repórteres vão investigar lobby em três regiões do Brasil
Para continuar acompanhando o lobby das big techs, desta vez em âmbito local, lançamos a 21ª edição das Microbolsas da Pública. Convidamos repórteres do Brasil todo a investigar a atuação de grandes empresas de tecnologia nos Estados e Municípios.
Recebemos pautas de diferentes cantos do país e selecionamos três, que serão contempladas com a bolsa de R$ 8 mil e mentoria da Agência Pública.

Luan Matheus Santana, do Piauí, é jornalista, educomunicador popular, podcaster, realizador audiovisual e doutorando em Comunicação pelo Programa de Pós-graduação em Comunicação Social da UFC (PPGCOM-UFC). É mestre em comunicação social pelo Programa de Pós-graduação em Comunicação Social da UFPI (PPGCOM – UFPI) e Especialista em Marketing e Mídias Digitais pela Faculdade Adelmar Rosado (Pós FAR). É coordenador geral da Plataforma Ocorre Diário e tem experiência na área de Comunicação, com ênfase em comunicação digital e direitos humanos, justiça socioambiental, comunicação popular e comunitária, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: comunicação e direitos humanos, decolonialidade, atravessamentos ético-raciais na comunicação, dispositivos móveis, web-jornalismo e comunicação social.
Naira Hofmeister é uma premiada jornalista investigativa com 20 anos de experiência em reportagens sobre conflitos socioambientais no Brasil. Seu trabalho foi publicado por importantes veículos brasileiros e internacionais, incluindo The Guardian, Mongabay, El País e Folha de S. Paulo. É especialista em investigar os impactos das cadeias produtivas — como pecuária, cultivo de soja e milho e mineração de ouro — nos biomas brasileiros, incluindo a Amazônia, o Cerrado e o Pantanal, bem como os fluxos financeiros globais que sustentam esses setores. Desde julho de 2024, divide seu tempo entre investigações transfronteiriças e projetos de jornalismo local em Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, onde reside.
Sofia Costa é estudante de Jornalismo na Universidade Federal de Goiás e de Ciência de Dados e Inteligência Artificial na PUC-GO. Atualmente é estagiária no Núcleo Jornalismo, com foco de cobertura em tecnologia, especialmente envolvendo dados.
