O paredão começou com Jordana imune depois de ganhar a Prova do Anjo. A líder Samira votou e indicou Marciele ao paredão. Depois disso foi a vez da casa votar. Três pessoas receberam mais votos, Juliano Floss com três votos, e Chaiany e Gabriela empataram, cada uma com dois votos. Samira teve que desempatar e escolheu Gabriela para se salvar, mandando Chay direto ao paredão.

Desde o BBB 24, o programa adotou um sistema misto de votação, com voto de torcida e o voto único. Ao fim do paredão, é feita uma média ponderada desses dois tipos de votação para chegar na porcentagem final que define quem fica e quem sai do reality. Assim como na edição passada, o BBB 26 segue com o sistema misto de votação.
O espectador faz o login no site do BBB com sua conta Globo e terá acesso à votação do modo "Torcida" de forma simples e gratuita. Desse modo, é possível votar quantas vezes quiser. O voto único, por outro lado, é um mecanismo desenvolvido para que cada espectador vote apenas uma vez. O usuário faz login com a conta Globo, atrelada a um CPF e pode deixar seu voto. Na hora de votar, a validade do documento será confirmada e cada CPF só tem direito a um voto.
