Acusada de falsificar passaporte de Ronaldinho é presa no Paraguai
No momento da prisão, a polícia paraguaia encontrou US$ 220 mil e 300 milhões de guaranis paraguaios (aproximadamente R$ 239 mil). Os advogados de Dalia afirmaram que sua empresa lida com grandes somas de dinheiro e que a origem dos valores será esclarecida.
De acordo com o jornal paraguaio ABC Color, o juiz determinou uma prisão preventiva, cumprida em cela de uma delegacia, de dez dias, devido aos problemas de saúde da mulher já condenada.
O jornal informou que a defesa de Dalia solicitou a prisão domiciliar, oferecendo um apartamento como pagamento de fiança. Os advogados alegaram que a investigada tem problemas de saúde e afirmaram que não há risco de fuga.
O advogado afirmou que, após ser examinada por um médico legista na noite de sua prisão, foi confirmado que Dalia López toma aproximadamente 15 medicamentos por dia para tratar diversas doenças, incluindo problemas cardíacos.
"É uma quantia muito significativa e uma grande responsabilidade. Assim que concluirmos o relatório, tudo será enviado para o depósito da Procuradoria sob forte segurança, para que os promotores da Unidade de Crime Organizado possam acessar as provas", afirmou o procurador Federico Leguizamón, segundo o jornal paraguaio.
