Policiais do 9° Comando Independente da Polícia Militar (CIPM) de Nova Olinda do Norte de Nova está procurando um homem de 27 anos que engravidou uma criança de 10 anos de idade e estuprou a enteada de 8 anos.
O suspeito está sendo procurado nas matas da comunidade Monte das Oliveiras, rio Curupira desde as 17h de sexta-feira (3). O homem, ao ver a polícia chegando fugiu para a mata e não foi mais encontrado.
De acordo com os policiais. Por volta das 17h eles foram procurados pelo Conselho Tutelar solicitando apoio para uma diligência no local acima citado para resgatar a menina de 8 anos que estava em poder do padrasto.
De acordo com os policiais, o homem é acusado de ter e gravidado uma criança de 10 anos que no momento estava em trabalho de parto no hospital regional da cidade.
Os militares, a Guarda Municipal e o Conselho Tutelar, foram para a comunidade onde o padrasto mora. Este, ao avistar a embarcação chegando ao porto, fugiu para a mata. Os policiais passaram a fazer buscar e não o localizaram.
A criança de 8 anos foi encontrada na casa de uma comunitária que a entregou ao conselho tutelar. A criança foi levada para o hospital regional, foi submetida a exame de conjunção carnal o que constatou que ela havia sido estuprada.
A menor foi conduzir pelo Conselho Tutelar ao 47° Distrito Integrado de Polícia (DIP) para os procedimentos cabíveis. O homem ainda está sendo procurado.
