Segundo o tribunal, a pena total corresponde a 12 anos e seis meses de reclusão e um ano e seis meses de detenção.

Crimes apontados pelo STF
De acordo com a decisão, os réus foram condenados por cinco crimes previstos na legislação penal. Entre eles estão abolição violenta do Estado Democrático de Direito e tentativa de golpe de Estado.
A condenação também inclui dano qualificado ao patrimônio público.

Regime inicial fechado
A 1ª Turma determinou regime fechado para o cumprimento das penas. A decisão seguiu o voto do relator do caso, o ministro Alexandre de Moraes.
O ministro Cristiano Zanin acompanhou o relator com ressalvas.
Indenização coletiva
O colegiado também determinou o pagamento de indenização por danos morais coletivos. O valor mínimo foi fixado em R$ 30 milhões.

Segundo a decisão, os condenados deverão pagar o montante de forma solidária. O dinheiro será destinado ao fundo previsto no artigo 13 da Lei 7.347 de 1985.
Procedimentos determinados pela decisão
O tribunal determinou que os nomes dos réus sejam incluídos no rol dos culpados. A Corte também ordenou a expedição da guia de execução definitiva das penas.
Os condenados deverão arcar com o pagamento das custas processuais. O julgamento ocorreu em sessão virtual da 1ª Turma de 20 a 27 de fevereiro.
