Cão é encontrado morto e adolescentes são suspeitos de jogar animal de prédio em Itajaí

A ocorrência foi atendida pela Guarda Municipal de Itajaí, por meio da equipe da Guarda Ambiental, após denúncia repassada pela Central às 18h11min. Ao chegar à Rua Domingos Braz Sedrez, por volta das 18h30min, os agentes constataram que uma viatura da Polícia Militar de Santa Catarina já prestava atendimento no local. O animal já estava morto.
De acordo com relatos de testemunhas à Guarda Ambiental, quatro adolescentes teriam arremessado o cão no rio e, posteriormente, levado o animal até um prédio abandonado nas proximidades, de onde o teriam lançado do alto da edificação.
As testemunhas indicaram às equipes o endereço onde os envolvidos residem. A Polícia Militar realizou diligências e conseguiu apreender três dos adolescentes.
Lesões no cão morto
A Guarda Ambiental recolheu o corpo do animal e o encaminhou à Delegacia de Polícia. O Instituto Geral de Perícias (IGP) foi acionado para os procedimentos cabíveis.

Uma médica veterinária do Instituto Itajaí Sustentável (INIS), que acompanhou a ocorrência, realizou análise preliminar no local e constatou escoriações na região da boca, queixo e palato, além de sangramento, compatíveis com possível queda.
A ocorrência foi apresentada pela Polícia Militar à autoridade policial para as providências cabíveis. A PM confirmou ao NSC Total que os três adolescentes foram apreendidos, mas as idades deles não foram confirmadas. Eles estão sendo ouvidos pela Polícia Civil.
O NSC Total e todas as plataformas da NSC não divulgam o nome, nem a identidade dos adolescentes suspeitos em total respeito e consonância ao que determina o artigo 143 do Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA), que veda a "divulgação de atos judiciais, policiais e administrativos que digam respeito a crianças e adolescentes a que se atribua autoria de ato infracional".
Diz o ECA: "Qualquer notícia a respeito do fato não poderá identificar a criança ou adolescente, vedando-se fotografia, referência a nome, apelido, filiação, parentesco, residência e, inclusive, iniciais do nome e sobrenome."
