A PF entregou recentemente o relatório ao presidente do Supremo, compartilhou com outros ministros e também o encaminhou ao procurador-geral da República (PGR), Paulo Gonet.

Troca de relatoria e extinção do processo contra Toffoli
Depois de uma reunião entre dez ministros do STF na noite desta quinta-feira 12, Dias Toffoli concordou em deixar a relatoria do caso, que passou para o ministro André Mendonça.
A decisão resultou na extinção do processo, aberto para analisar eventual suspeição de Toffoli, a partir do relatório policial.
Até o momento, Paulo Gonet não definiu quais medidas adotará e continua a analisar o relatório.
A PF detalhou que encontrou diálogos de WhatsApp entre Vorcaro e Toffoli, marcando encontros sociais, além de identificar ligações telefônicas entre ambos, sem especificar o conteúdo dessas conversas.

As trocas de mensagens com Fabiano Zettel, cunhado de Vorcaro, também citam Dias Toffoli em diferentes ocasiões.

Vorcaro, em uma das mensagens, orientou Zettel a investir R$ 20 milhões no Tayayá.
