"Acho que as mudanças propostas são positivas e o Corinthians precisa se modernizar diante de novas legislações como a reforma tributária, lei geral do Esporte e Profut."A Comissão de Reforma Estatutária está compilando as principais propostas, debatidas em todas as audiências desde 2024, para finalizar um texto. No entanto, há a possibilidade de cada tema ser votado em separado, em função de sua relevância.
Um deles diz respeito à inclusão de um artigo que abra a possibilidade de o clube se tornar Sociedade Anônima do Futebol. Mesmo se houver a mudança, isso não garantiria a transformação em empresa, que precisaria de uma aprovação de 2/3 em uma outra votação.
