O empresário e músico ipuense Deir Azevedo morreu na manhã deste sábado, 14, aos 57 anos. A informação foi confirmada pela família do empresário e pela empresa AZV Entretenimento, da qual Deir era proprietário.
Em razão do falecimento, a Prefeitura de Ipu, na Serra da Ibiapaba, cancelou a programação de Carnaval deste sábado, 14. Das quatro atrações que se apresentariam no evento esta noite, duas eram agenciadas por Deir.

Empresário ipuense Deir Azevedo falece após passar mal em evento em Hidrolândia
O empresário passou mal na noite da sexta-feira, 13, durante uma festa de Carnaval em Hidrolândia, no Sertão de Crateús. Ele estava acompanhando o cantor Kaio Andrade, que é agenciado pela AZV.
Segundo Kaio, ele chegou a chamar Deir durante a apresentação, mas o empresário não foi encontrado. Após o show, o cantor foi ao hospital do município, onde achou Deir já internado.
A equipe médica chegou a tentar transferir o empresário para outro hospital. No entanto, Deir teve uma parada cardíaca e não respondeu à reanimação, indo a óbito no começo da manhã.
O corpo de Deir foi velado em Ipu, onde o empresário morava, durante a manhã. O sepultamento ocorreu nesta tarde.
