O órgão informou que não comenta demandas judiciais sob sigilo. "Esse processo está sob sigilo de Justiça, só cabe ao STF qualquer autorização de divulgação", afirmou ao jornal Folha de S. Paulo. O gabinete de Moraes não se manifestou.
