Nikolas Ferreira anuncia ação no MP contra Lula e escola de samba
O parlamentar afirmou que o desfile, realizado com verba pública federal, configurou "um verdadeiro desfile-comício em rede nacional", com enredo, alegorias e transmissão exaltando Lula e seus programas de governo.
Nikolas também disse que, se houver registro de candidatura do presidente, ingressará com Ação de Investigação Judicial Eleitoral (AIJE) por abuso de poder político e econômico.
O deputado questionou a decisão do Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE), que considerou o desfile como expressão cultural, e comparou à situação do ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro, atualmente inelegível.

A Acadêmicos de Niterói estreou no Grupo Especial do carnaval carioca após conquistar o título da Série Ouro em 2025.
