Parado no 'Blocão', motorista desce para curtir o Carnaval
O caso ocorreu durante a passagem do bloco pelo centro histórico da cidade mineira. Sem conseguir avançar com o coletivo em meio aos foliões, o condutor, conhecido como "Zé Pretinho", parou o veículo e, em vez de reclamar, entrou na brincadeira ao som de "I Will Survive", de Gloria Gaynor. A reação bem-humorada arrancou aplausos e celulares erguidos para registrar a cena na quinta-feira (12).
No vídeo, é possível ouvir foliões brincando que se tratava do "ônibus da Priscilla", em referência ao filme Priscilla, a Rainha do Deserto, clássico australiano de 1994 que se tornou símbolo da cultura LGBTQIAPN+. A associação não foi por acaso.
O Bloco das Domésticas é um dos mais tradicionais de São João del Rei, no Campo das Vertentes. Criado há quase 50 anos por um grupo de amigos, o desfile se consolidou como espaço de irreverência e crítica social. Uma das marcas registradas é a inversão de papéis: muitos homens se vestem de mulher, enquanto mulheres adotam fantasias masculinas.
O bloco costuma reunir cerca de 10 mil pessoas e tem como ponto alto a passagem pela chamada "zona", antiga área boêmia da cidade. Outro destaque é o desfile de fantasias, que premia as produções mais luxuosas e criativas. As inscrições são feitas durante o próprio evento.
Tradição centenária
O Carnaval de São João del Rei é um dos mais antigos de Minas Gerais e mistura tradição religiosa, marchinhas e blocos de rua. A cidade histórica, fundada no século XVIII, aproveita o cenário colonial como pano de fundo para desfiles que atraem turistas de várias regiões do estado.
