Um suspeito de roubo foi baleado por um policial militar de folga no sábado (14/02), na zona leste paulistana. Ele deu entrada em um hospital da região, onde foi detido e, posteriormente, conseguiu fugir sem algemas após afirmar a PMs que usaria o banheiro, já no domingo (15/02).
Fábio Paulino Júnior, de 21 anos, foi recapturado pela Polícia Militar, nesta segunda-feira (16/02) e, novamente, encaminhado para uma unidade de saúde da zona leste para ser submetido a uma cirurgia. O estado de saúde dele não foi informado.
Tiro do PM de folga
Registros do 49º DP (São Mateus) mostram que o suspeito, com um comparsa ainda não identificado, tentou assaltar um casal que seguia em uma motocicleta, na Travessa Miguel Calmon. Os ladrões também trafegavam em uma moto.
Um PM de folga presenciou a abordagem e atirou contra a dupla, que usava uma arma de brinquedo, abandonada no local, da mesma forma que o veículo usado no assalto.
Ferido, Fábio deu entrada no Hospital Municipal Cidade Tiradentes, no qual foi preso em flagrante.
Por causa da gravidade do ferimento, que exigiria uma cirurgia, ele ficou internado sob escolta policial. No domingo, ele informou aos militares que o acompanhavam que precisava usar o banheiro. Foi quando Fábio, em circunstâncias a serem ainda esclarecidas, conseguiu se desvencilhar das algemas e fugir.
"Porta secundária"
A PM afirmou que o criminoso aproveitou uma "porta secundária" para fugir do local. "Imediatamente foram realizadas diligências, que resultaram na recaptura do preso e em sua recondução ao pronto-socorro do hospital", diz trecho da nota encaminhada ao Metrópoles.
A mãe dele foi contatada por militares para que ela ajudasse o filho a se entregar. Fábio foi localizado na casa de uma conhecida e não ofereceu resistência à prisão.
Segunda internação
O homem foi levado, após a segunda prisão, ao Hospital Santa Marcelina, no bairro Cidade Tiradentes, onde permaneceu com escolta policial, "para continuidade do tratamento médico", diz trecho de nota da Secretaria da Segurança Pública (SSP).
A sequência de ocorrências foi registrada como roubo, lesão corporal decorrente de intervenção policial, fuga de pessoa presa e captura de procurado.
Além de um boletim de ocorrência, registrado no 49º DP, a PM também instaurou um Inquérito Policial Militar para "apurar todas as circunstâncias dos fatos".
