Associação diz que servidores não podem ser "bodes expiatórios"
A Associação Nacional dos Auditores Fiscais da Receita Federal do Brasil (Unafisco) divulgou uma nota manifestando "preocupação" com a operação da Polícia Federal que investiga suspeitos de acessar indevidamente dados fiscais de autoridades e vazar informações.
Nesta terça-feira (17), quatro servidores da Receita Federal foram alvo de mandados de busca e apreensão, em uma ação autorizada pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) a partir de representação da Procuradoria-Geral da República (PGR). Em sua nota, a Unafisco observa que a ação ocorreu "em contexto ainda classificado como análise preliminar pela Receita Federal".
"A aplicação de sanções cautelares extremas exige fundamentação robusta e lastro probatório consistente", defende a entidade, ressaltando que não é a primeira vez que medidas de afastamento e restrições são adotadas "antes da conclusão técnica dos fatos".
Em 2019, o ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do STF, afastou dois auditores fiscais acusados de vazar informações de parentes de ministros do Supremo. Após a conclusão da investigação, os dois servidores foram reintegrados.
