A secretária de Cultura de Fortaleza, Helena Barbosa, disse, nesta terça-feira (17), que a Prefeitura avalia a possibilidade de ter trio elétrico no Carnaval da Capital. Segundo ela, não há prazo para uma decisão sobre a modalidade. Ela concedeu entrevista durante os shows no Aterro da Praia de Iracema.
