A Polícia Federal cumpriu quatro mandados de busca e apreensão na manhã desta terça-feira (17), no âmbito da investigação que apura o vazamento de dados da Receita Federal envolvendo ministros do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) e familiares. Os mandados foram cumpridos nos estados de São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro e Bahia.
A operação foi autorizada pelo ministro Alexandre de Moraes, após solicitação da Procuradoria-Geral da República. As identidades dos alvos não foram divulgadas.

A investigação busca esclarecer se servidores da Receita Federal teriam quebrado ilegalmente o sigilo fiscal de ministros do Supremo e de parentes deles, sem autorização judicial. Entre os casos apurados está o acesso indevido ao sigilo fiscal de Viviane Barci de Moraes, esposa do ministro Alexandre de Moraes.
Também foi identificado o acesso não autorizado à declaração de Imposto de Renda do filho de outro ministro da Corte. A suspeita é de que os dados tenham sido acessados por um servidor do Serviço Federal de Processamento de Dados (Serpro) cedido à Receita Federal.
Medidas cautelares determinadas
Além das buscas, foram impostas medidas cautelares aos investigados. Segundo a PF, as determinações incluem:
monitoramento por tornozeleira eletrônica;
afastamento do exercício de função pública;
cancelamento de passaportes;
proibição de saída do país.
A Polícia Federal informou que prédios da Receita Federal não foram alvo da operação.
