JHSF anuncia o Fasano Milão
Um veículo da família de Zeco Auriemo pagou € 52 milhões pelo Palazzo Taverna Medici del Vascello – um imóvel do século XVI no coração do Quadrilatero della moda – e vai transformá-lo no 18º hotel da rede Fasano, o 8º fora do Brasil.
Além dos endereços de Punta del Este e Nova York, já em operação, há mais um empreendimento em construção no balneário uruguaio (que deve abrir as portas no fim do ano) e outros cinco destinos inéditos para a marca: Miami (2027), Londres (2027), Sardenha (14 bangalôs no próximo verão europeu e o hotel principal em 2028), Cascais (2028) e agora Milão (2029).
No Brasil, a empresa opera os hotéis Fasano Jardins, Fasano Itaim, Rio de Janeiro, Salvador, Trancoso, Belo Horizonte, Angra dos Reis, Fasano Boavista, Surf Lodge e Grand Lodge.
A chegada a Milão se encaixa em duas grandes estratégias da empresa: crescer os negócios de renda recorrente e apostar em uma expansão internacional "em linha com o que o nosso cliente de alta renda consome," o CEO da JHSF, Augusto Martins, disse ao Brazil Journal.
"Sempre olhamos para Milão porque a Itália se conecta com o Fasano, e Milão, por ser a capital da moda, tem tudo a ver com o histórico da JHSF no varejo de moda."
O imóvel de 4.000 m² fica na via Bigli, paralela às vias Montenapoleone e Manzoni e no coração do Quadrilatero della moda, o bairro que concentra as lojas das maiores grifes de luxo do mundo e, naturalmente, hotéis como o Four Seasons e o Mandarin Oriental.
O Fasano Milano deve ter 40 suítes, restaurante e spa Fasano, área externa com piscina e um private members club.
Assim como nas outras empreitadas hoteleiras da JHSF, a JHSF Capital – a gestora do grupo – estruturou o fundo que detém participação no empreendimento e captou recursos junto a investidores institucionais e family offices. A JHSF UK, a holding que a família Auriemo usa nas expansões internacionais, é a maior cotista do fundo.
A JHSF vale R$ 6,6 bilhões na Bolsa.
