Homem mata namorado da ex e tenta feminicídio em Fortaleza
Uma operação de inteligência da Polícia Civil do Ceará (PC-CE) resultou na prisão de Flakitoneo Escorcio da Silva, de 30 anos, acusado de tentar matar a ex-companheira e de executar o atual namorado dela no bairro Quintino Cunha, em Fortaleza.
A vítima é Fabrício Costa Silva, 41, bombeiro civil e ex-presidente da torcida do Ferroviário.
O suspeito fugiu para o litoral, mas foi capturado na praia do Cumbuco, em Caucaia. A prisão em flagrante ocorreu na terça-feira, 17, poucas horas após o crime, e teve apoio do Departamento de Inteligência (DIP) e do Departamento de Homicídios e Proteção à Pessoa (DHPP).
Em audiência de custódia realizada nesta quarta-feira, 18, a Justiça converteu a prisão em flagrante em prisão preventiva. O juiz citou a "alta periculosidade" do agente e o risco que ele representa para a ex-mulher e as crianças.
Víimas foram surpreendidas após criminoso montar uma "tocaia"
Segundo as investigações, Flakitoneo não aceitava o fim do relacionamento com Ana Larissa Leandro de Souza. Na tarde de terça-feira, ele montou uma "tocaia" próximo à casa da ex-mulher, no Quintino Cunha.
Quando Ana Larissa chegou ao local acompanhada de seu atual namorado, Fabrício Costa Silva, de 41 anos, o acusado atacou o casal. Agindo de surpresa, ele efetuou diversos disparos de arma de fogo.
Segundo a nota da SSPDS, Fabrício foi socorrido por moradores para uma unidade hospitalar, mas não resistiu. Ana Larissa também foi baleada e estava internada em uma unidade hospitalar.
O documento de audiência de custódia obtido pelo O POVO aponta que toda a ação ocorreu diante dos filhos da vítima, que presenciaram a mãe e o padrasto serem alvejados na porta de casa.
Após o ataque, Flakitoneo fugiu para o Cumbuco, na Região Metropolitana de Fortaleza e forneceu um nome falso ao ser abordado pelas equipes policiais, no entanto foi identificado e preso.
