Justiça decreta prisão de ex-servidora de São Gabriel da Palha

A Justiça acolheu a solicitação do Ministério Público (MPES) e determinou a prisão preventiva da ex-servidora da Prefeitura de São Gabriel da Palha, no Noroeste do Espírito Santo, Dorinda Teixeira Varela Lamas, por descumprimento de medidas cautelares. Ela é investigada por suposta prática de crimes de exercício ilegal da medicina, denunciação caluniosa e comunicação falsa de crime.
Segundo a Polícia Civil, a mulher praticou exercício ilegal da medicina ao medicar crianças e adolescentes de um abrigo municipal de acolhimento de menores sem supervisão médica, valendo-se de seu cargo público de coordenação da instituição. A situação foi descoberta após denúncia ao Conselho Tutelar, que encaminhou o caso ao Ministério Público.
A ex-servidora já havia sido presa em fevereiro de 2025, suspeita de intimidar uma testemunha que prestava depoimento na delegacia de São Gabriel da Palha horas antes do horário agendado para ela. Ela foi solta no mesmo mês.
"Ela compareceu antecipadamente, fez uma transmissão ao vivo em frente à delegacia e, ao entrar na recepção, começou a filmar e fotografar a testemunha, numa tentativa clara de intimidação", disse o delegado de São Gabriel da Palha, Valdimar Chieppe, na época.
O novo pedido de prisão foi decretado no dia 28 de janeiro deste ano após Dorinda descumprir as medidas cautelares impostas anteriormente e pela reiteração de condutas que visam intimidar testemunhas e vítimas.
Uma dessas medidas é a proibição de se ausentar da Comarca de São Gabriel da Palha por período não superior a 08 (oito) dias e de se mudar sem comunicar o endereço à Justiça, o que não foi obedecido. No requerimento da prisão preventiva consta no documento provas de que a mulher desobedeceu ao realizar uma viagem sem autorização para a Espanha. Fato esse exposto nas redes sociais.
A mulher também publicou fotos de documentos que indicam possuir cidadania espanhola. Segundo a avaliação do Ministério Público, essa condição poderia dificultar um eventual processo de extradição, em razão de sua nacionalidade. Para as autoridades, isso demonstra a intenção de deixar o país e evitar a aplicação da lei penal.
A Polícia Civil e a Secretaria de Justiça foram procuradas para confirmar se a prisão foi efetuada, porém não houve resposta até a publicação.
A Prefeitura de São Gabriel da Palha informou, em nota, que a servidora citada foi desligada tão logo o município teve ciência dos fatos ocorridos, que não compactua com atos ilícitos, e está à disposição da Justiça e das autoridades.
