Um homem procurou a Polícia para confessar que havia matado o próprio padrasto a facadas. O caso ocorreu na noite dessa quarta-feira, 18, em Crateús, município localizado a 350 quilômetros de Fortaleza.
Pedro Lucas de Sousa Holanda, de 20 anos, disse que a mãe dele era agredida por Gilson Pereira da Silva, 48 anos, e que, por isso, este foi assassinado. Em audiência de custódia realizada nesta quinta-feira, 19, foi concedido a Pedro Lucas o direito de responder o processo em liberdade.
Conforme Auto de Prisão em Flagrante (APF), por volta das 22h30min, policiais militares foram procurados pelo suspeito enquanto aguardavam, em frente à Delegacia de Polícia Civil de Crateús, serem chamados para uma outra ocorrência.
De acordo com o depoimento dos agentes de segurança, Pedro Lucas chegou dizendo que "era sujeito homem" e que "havia 'matado o padrasto, pois ele agredida e ameaçava a mãe'".
Os PMs foram até a casa onde o crime teria ocorrido, na rua Júnior Noronha, e encontraram Gilson já morto. Os militares descreveram que o homem havia sido esfaqueado várias vezes na altura do coração.
Em seu depoimento, Pedro Lucas disse que foi até a casa de Gilson já com a intenção de matá-lo. Ele relatou ter observado a Gilson por cerca de uma hora e, no momento em que o padrasto foi até a parte externa da casa, atacou-o com uma faca.
Após o crime, Pedro Lucas relatou ter voltado para casa, onde confessou o assassinato à mãe e à namorada o assassinato. Em seguida, ele tomou banho e foi até a delegacia entregar-se.
Pedro Lucas já havia sido submetido a uma medida socioeducativa após agredir Gilson, o que também seria se dado após o padrasto agredir a mãe dele. "GILSON ingeria bebidas alcoólicas frequentemente e ficava diferente, discutia bastante com o declarante", consta no termo de depoimento de Pedro Lucas.
Suspeito tem a prisão relaxada
O suspeito foi autuado por homicídio qualificado. Na audiência de custódia, porém, o juiz Arthur Moura Costa considerou que entregar-se e confessar o crime não é, por si, motivo ensejador da prisão em flagrante.
Por isso, Pedro Lucas teve a prisão relaxada e o caso foi encaminhado para a Vara Única Criminal da Comarca de Crateús, a quem caberia a apreciação do caso mediante demanda do Ministério Público.
