Fortaleza: criança tem parada respiratória após alergia a xarope
Uma criança teve uma parada respiratória após apresentar uma reação alérgica ao ingerir xarope na noite da terça-feira, 17. A situação foi registrada em um imóvel no bairro Parquelândia, em Fortaleza. Segundo o órgão, a equipe foi acionada após o pai da criança buscar ajuda no Centro Integrado de Segurança de Fortaleza (CISFor), localizado no mesmo bairro onde aconteceu a emergência. As primeiras informações indicavam que a filha do morador estava engasgada e com dificuldades para respirar.
Imagens de videomonitoramento registraram a ação inicial de resgate. Ao chegarem à residência, os agentes iniciaram manobras de desengasgo, mas, em um primeiro momento, a vítima não apresentou reação. Na sequência, a equipe conseguiu desobstruir as vias aéreas da criança, que voltou a respirar parcialmente.

De acordo com a Guarda Municipal de Fortaleza (GMF), familiares relataram que a criança estava deitada e havia ingerido apenas um xarope. Diante do quadro clínico delicado, a equipe conduziu a criança em uma viatura da corporação ao Instituto Doutor José Frota (IJF), onde recebeu atendimento de urgência.
Ao dar entrada na unidade hospitalar, a criança já apresentava baixo nível de respiração e foi encaminhada à sala vermelha. Foi realizada a administração de medicação antialérgica, no entanto, não houve resposta aos sinais vitais.
Diante do estado grave, a criança precisou ser entubada após apresentar parada respiratória e um episódio convulsivo. Horas depois do atendimento, segundo a GMF, o pai retornou à sede da corporação para informar que a filha estava estável e permanecia sob cuidados médicos, além de agradecer pelo resgate.
