Prefeitura de Manaus nega envolvimento na Operação Erga Omnes após prisão de ex-chefe de gabinete

A Prefeitura Municipal de Manaus (PMM) declarou, por meio de nota de imprensa, que não é alvo das investigações da Operação Erga Omnes, deflagrada pela Polícia Civil do Amazonas (PC-AM) nesta sexta-feira (20), e reafirmou seu compromisso com a transparência e respeito às instituições.
A manifestação foi publicada após o cumprimento do mandado de prisão de Anabela Cardoso Freitas, ex-chefe de gabinete de David Almeida e membro da Comissão Municipal de Licitação da PMM, investigada por participação na organização criminosa de atuação interestadual.
"Qualquer servidor eventualmente investigado responderá individualmente por seus atos, nos termos da lei, sem prejuízo do funcionamento regular da máquina pública", frisou a nota da Prefeitura. A nota foi publicada no site da Prefeitura.
Por meio de nota, a defesa de Anabela Cardoso Freitas, representada pelo advogado Raphael Grosso Filho, salientou que ela não possui qualquer relação com organizações criminosas ou com qualquer um dos investigados.
"Os esclarecimentos que teve de prestar tratam de compra de passagens aéreas para fins pessoais em uma agência de viagens local, que somente agora soube ser alvo de investigação na operação Erga Omnis", frisou.

"O vereador Rodrigo Guedes informa que a ex-servidora Lucila Meireles Costa atuou em seu gabinete entre 2022 e maio de 2024, na elaboração de documentos legislativos, não integrando mais a equipe há dois anos. A contratação ocorreu em razão de sua experiência prévia nos gabinetes dos ex-vereadores Dante, Isaac Tayah e Homero de Miranda Leão, bem como dos ex-deputados Bi Garcia e Arthur Bisneto, exercendo a mesma função.
À época, apresentou-se como bacharel em Direito e, conforme exigência legal, apresentou certidão de antecedentes criminais sem registros, não sendo possível saber previamente sobre eventuais condutas individuais indecorosas ou criminosas. Seu desligamento ocorreu por não atender às exigências técnicas e funcionais naquele momento, sem qualquer relação ou sequer suspeita com os fatos atualmente apurados."
