Após chuvas, serra é fechada no Litoral Sul de SP
O órgão já havia emitido um alerta severo, por volta das 7h40 deste sábado, para o risco de deslizamentos e alagamentos no Litoral Sul de SP. Nas últimas 6 horas, em Peruíbe, já choveu 176 mm, equivalente a 90% de todo o volume esperado para o mês de fevereiro.
Ainda nesta manhã, após uma vistoria, a Defesa Civil decidiu interditar a estrada. A interdição foi preventiva e faz parte do plano de ações do Estado para a prevenção de desastres. Até o momento, não houve registro de ocorrências graves na cidade.
Durante o início da tarde, a pista chegou a ser liberada de forma controlada, com acompanhamento dos agentes da Defesa Civil, que seguem no local.
Por volta das 16h, a Serra do Guaraú foi novamente interditada. Segundo o órgão estadual, a ação foi em razão dos elevados índices pluviométricos registrados na região. A Defesa Civil segue monitorando a área.
Ao todo, durante este sábado, o sistema da Defesa Civil encaminhou dois alertas para o município. O primeiro alertando sobre as fortes chuvas e o segundo alertando sobre o fechamento da Serra do Guaraú devido ao risco de deslizamentos de terra.
