Uma mulher trans de 32 anos morreu após ser esfaqueada neste sábado (21), na Vila Saraiva, em Trindade, no Sertão pernambucano. A vítima foi identificada como Samanta.
Segundo informações repassadas pela polícia, moradores acionaram as equipes após ouvirem uma discussão dentro de uma residência da localidade. Quando os policiais chegaram, encontraram a vítima ferida, enquanto o suspeito já havia deixado o imóvel.
Após buscas na região, os agentes localizaram Antônio Santos Rodrigues, de 38 anos, apontado como companheiro da vítima e principal suspeito do crime.
De acordo com a polícia, ele tentou fugir e resistiu à prisão, mas acabou sendo detido. Com ele, foi apreendida a faca que pode ter sido usada no ataque.
A mulher chegou a ser socorrida para uma unidade de saúde em Trindade e, diante da gravidade dos ferimentos, foi transferida para Ouricuri, onde não resistiu.
Em nota, a Polícia Civil de Pernambuco informou que prendeu em flagrante delito um homem de 38 anos. Ele foi autuado pelo homicídio consumado. O caso foi registrado na delegacia de Araripina.
"O autor foi levado à delegacia para realização dos procedimentos cabíveis", destacou a corporação.
