Por André Richter - O ministro Cristiano Zanin, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), decidiu que a empresária Ingrid Pikinskeni Morais Santos poderá permanecer em silêncio durante depoimento que será realizado nesta segunda-feira (23) na Comissão Parlamentar Mista de Inquérito (CPMI) do INSS.
Com a decisão, Ingrid poderá se recusar a responder perguntas dos parlamentares que possam incriminá-la. Além disso, ela poderá ser assistida por um advogado durante o depoimento.
A empresária foi chamada para depor em função da suposta ligação com a Confederação Nacional dos Agricultores Familiares e Empreendedores Familiares Rurais (Conafer), uma das entidades suspeitas de participar do esquema de descontos ilegais de mensalidades de aposentados e pensionistas.
VorcaroIngrid Pikinskeni foi chamada para prestar depoimento após a CPMI cancelar a oitiva de Daniel Vorcaro, dono do Banco Master.
Na semana passada, o ministro André Mendonça decidiu que o banqueiro não é obrigado a comparecer ao depoimento.
A comissão investiga o suposto envolvimento do Master com empréstimos consignados e descontos irregulares em aposentadorias.
Em novembro de 2025, o banqueiro Daniel Vorcaro e outros acusados foram alvo da Operação Compliance Zero, deflagrada pela Polícia Federal (PF) para investigar a concessão de créditos falsos pelo Banco Master, incluindo a tentativa de compra da instituição financeira pelo Banco Regional de Brasília (BRB), banco público ligado ao governo do Distrito Federal.
